In-House Machining

Our in-house machine shop allows us to supply Sand Castings machined and complete to print.

We perform from the most basic drilling and tapping operations to the most complex CNC milling and turning requirements. We also have the capacity to package and ship to any location you request.

By assuming full single-source responsibility, Leitelt Brothers Inc. relieves our customer of problems with multiple vendor sourcing, resulting in better control of the manufacturing process and reducing the overall lead time of their order.

In addition to machining, we offer in-house welding, pressure testing, sub-assembly, polishing, and sandblasting services. We also provide Design Assistance, Complete Finishing Services such as satin polish, mirror polish, oxidizing, sandblasting, powder coat paint, clear coat and anodizing.
